Peter P. Kambhu, DDS, MS

Dr. Kambhu was awarded his Master of Science in Prosthodontics and Certificate in Prosthodontics in 1986 from the University of Iowa. He then spent the next eight years in academia at the University of Iowa. In 1994, he founded Prosthodontic Associates Inc with the goal of providing the highest quality patient centric Prosthodontic care. He enjoys all aspects of Prosthodontics which include cosmetic dentistry, implant supported restorations, replacement of missing teeth, restoration of damaged teeth, and treatment of temporomandibular disorder. James T. Dunne, Jr., DMD, MS, FACP

Dr. Dunne graduated from Augustana College in Rock Island with his B.A. in Chemistry in 1979. He attended Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, and graduated with his D. M. D. in 1983. He served in the Air Force at Little Rock Air Force base from 1983-1986, as a Dental Service Officer, where he had the opportunity and privilege to take care of many enlisted, NCO’s, and officers. After his Honorable Discharge from the Air Force he taught at the 60% level or greater at SIUE-SDM, while working for a fellow dentist in Belleville, IL and ‘rescued’ the Original Village Hall in Smithton, IL (115 Melinda St., Smithton, IL – look it up on Google Maps - a very cute little building) where he practiced while teaching at SIUE until 1992. Until the calling for Prosthodontics brought him to Iowa, where he completed his Residency in Prosthodontics, his M. S. in Prosthodontics, and a Fellowship in Geriatric Dentistry. He spent two years teaching full time at SIUE, and then 8 years in full time Academics in the Department of Family Dentistry at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Along the way, he successfully challenged the American Board of Prosthodontics and became Board Certified. Private practice called once again, and in 2005 he joined Dr. Kambhu here at Prosthodontic Associates Inc and has been here ever since. Dr. Dunne enjoys Hawkeye sports, time with family and extended family, and any time he can spend outdoors.
